LM386 Audio Amplifier Module features a 200X Gain via the internal 20x gain and onboard variable resistor connected to a convenient potentiometer.

Do not reverse the positive and negative power supply voltage, which can not exceed 5.5V; these two violations would have damaged the IC.
The board can not change any component parameters that do not meet the parameters on the on-chip high-gain buffer, resulting in IC damage.
Try using the line input cable with shielded, which can play a role in immunity and eliminate current clutter sound.
