1N5822 40V 3A Schottky diode with a low forward voltage drop and high switching speed. Moulded plastic case and solderable tin-plated terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standards. It is suitable for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
