This 3.2-inch Touchscreen LCD Screen With SD Card socket with 262K colour 240x 320 resolutions. The controller of this LCD module is ILI9341. It supports a 16-wire DataBus interface and includes the 5V-3.3V power conversion and Level conversion circuits; you can directly insert this Module into the Arduino Mega2560 Board. It also includes the SD card socket and SPI FLASH circuit.

Widely used, The touch screen is adequate for most prototyping projects, mainly if used with a stylus. It s great for a keypad. There are two working example sketches, one for the touch screen and another for the LCD.
