The L78M LM317 series of three-terminal positive regulators is available in TO-252 DPak packages and with several fixed or Adjustable output voltages, making
it useful in a wide range of applications
L78M LM317 SMD Fixed or Adjustable Voltage Regulator 500 mA three-terminal positive regulators are available DPAK with several fixed output voltages.
Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, these devices can be used with external components to obtain adjustable voltage and currents.
