MCP4131-103E/P 7Bit 129Step Digital Pot This device family supports 7-bit and 8-bit resistor networks and Potentiometer and Rheostat pinouts.

- < 100 ppm Typical absolute (rheostat).
- < 10 ppm Typical ratiometric (potentiometer) low tempco.
- 100R Typical low wiper resistance.
- Resistor network terminal disconnect.
- Brown-out reset protection (1.5V typical).
- Serial interface inactive current (2.5µA typical).
- High-voltage tolerant digital inputs up to 12.5V.
- Supports split rail applications.
- The weak internal pull-up on all digital inputs.
