The SN74HC02N is a 2-input 14-pin Quadruple Positive-NOR Gate made of CU NIPDAU CU SN lead/ball finish. It performs the Boolean function Y = (A + B) or Y = A\•B\ in positive logic. It features 20µA maximum ICC low power consumption, ±4mA output drive at 5V and 1µA maximum low input current.
