Description:

The WeMos DHT11 Temperature and Humidity Sensor Shield utilising the DHT11 sensor. The temperature range is 0~60C (+/-2C) and the humidity range is 20-90%RH (+/-5%RH). 

WeMos note: The temperature and humidity data read from the sensor is the result of the last measurement (the sensor will make a new measurement after data is read from the sensor). To get real-time data, you need to read twice. It is not recommended to repeatedly read from the sensor, the reading interval should be more than 2 seconds to ensure accurate measurements.

Wemos D1 mini pins:
See the front of the module for the I2C address. Each module has two available addresses which use a solder bridge to select. By default, use the address without the bridge installed, this will work for most applications. If you need a different address than the default one, solder the 2 address bridge pins together and refer to the alternative address/section>.
D4 on the D1 mini should be connected to the Data Out pin on the DHT module.
