YF-S201 Hall Effect Flow Control Water Sensor Great for measuring the amount of liquid flow This product is mainly used for water testing, water cooling systems. The Water flow sensor consists of a plastic valve from which water can pass. A water rotor along with a hall effect sensor is present the sense and measure the water flow.

When water flows through the valve, it rotates the rotor. By this, the change can be observed in the speed of the motor. Connect it to an Arduino microcontroller, and you can monitor multiple devices such as your coffee maker, sprinkler or anything else, and control the water flow rate to suit your needs!
