USBIO24 R Digital I/O Module

The USBIO24 R is the ROHS-compliant version of our previous USB I/O 24 range. It is a low-cost integrated module for the input and/or output of digital signals from a computer system by connection to the USB port. The module’s I/O Port pinout and firmware are compatible with the previous versions of the USB I/O24 modules.

The USBIO24 R Digital I/O Module features 24 5V level signal lines that are individually programmable as input or output. Multiple modules can be connected to a single PC using a USB hub or hubs as the module connects to the USB port. Each module features a serial number, and the PC can uniquely identify each module, allowing multiple modules to be connected to a single application.

The modules’ outputs can source or sink up to 30mA per I/O and a maximum of 50mA per port, allowing for direct connection to various devices.
