LL4148 SOD-80 Signal Switching Diode is a Silicon Epitaxial planar diode with identification of cathode band and comes in a glass package version.
The specialty of this diode is its fast recovery time of 8ns to 4ns only at a forward current of 300mA. Hence, this diode is used in places where high-speed switching is involved.
