10-pin Socket IDC Ribbon Cable assembly
It is has a female 2×5 IDC connector on each end that is designed to plug into a 0.100″ (2.54 mm) IDC’s are quicker, and therefore less expensive, to manufacture.

A 10-pin socket-to-socket ribbon cable assembly is a pre-made flat ribbon cable fitted with dual-row IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) sockets at each end, allowing for quick and reliable board-to-board or module-to-module connections without the need for soldering.
This 10-pin socket IDC Ribbon Cable is specially designed for Interface Tempero’s I/O controller boards, I/O Interface Boards, and Arduino, Shield, and LED RGB Modules.
Note: These can be made with Rainbow ribbon cable, but are a custom Order.
