No Clean Solder Flux Gel/Paste Syringe 10CC

Handling and Storage:
NC Paste Flux has a refrigerated shelf life of 6 months at 4°C (40°F) to 12°C (55°C).
Allow the paste flux to warm up completely and naturally to ambient temperature (2 hrs.) prior to use.
Do not store new and used paste flux in the same container.
In order to effectively clean and remove no clean solder pastes and no clean flux residues, a polar solvent or a solution of water and saponifier is necessary. Most no clean pastes require an organic saponifier for effective flux removal, but some can be cleaned with inorganic saponifiers.

- Flux syringe – very easy to work with, low fumes, solder flows really well
- Liquid flux – we were surprised that a liquid flux worked so well, it could have been #1 if it created fewer fumes
- Flux paste (probably rosin-based) – thick and viscous, kept the solder where we needed it
- No flux at all – fine for passive parts like resistors and capacitors, harder to work with on the QFP chip
- Kester flux marker – overall this was worse than no flux at all
