The STM32F411CEU6 STM32F4 Black Pill Development Board with STM32F401 series chip has a higher clock frequency, floating-point arithmetic module, more internal SRAM (64KB), and more Flash (256KB) and enhanced peripherals. Also, STM32F4 Black Pill implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) which enhances application security.
