Q & A

The WeMos OLED 64 x 48 Pixel 0.66 Shield is a tiny display. Using OLED display technology means not only that the display is very bright and clear, with a high contrast ratio, but also that it consumes much less power than other display technologies, such as backlit LCD. It is also evident in both total darkness and in bright light.

To interface with the module, the display uses a serial I2C interface that requires just two data pins. On-board reset circuitry means there is no need for an additional reset pin.

Specifications:
  • Screen Size: 64×48 pixels (0.66” Across)
  • Operating Voltage: 3.3V
  • Driver IC: SSD1306
  • Interface: IIC(I2C)
  • IIC Address: 0x3C or 0x3D
  • Size: 2.8 x 2.6 x 0.3 cm

Warning: all I/O are designed to be 3.3V Compliant only.

Package Includes:
  • 1 x WeMos OLED 64 x 48 Pixel 0.66 Shield
  • 2 x pin male header 8-pin
