Isolation MOSFET Control Module
Optocoupler isolation MOSFET module is widely used to control the start and stop of motors and can accept either a 3.3V or 5V signal.
Isolation MOSFET Control Module, Opto-insulated for safety and ensuring total electrical insulation from the logic controller to the load connected.
Compatible with MCU and control board, 3V or 5V signal. It has low power consumption, fast switching and no mechanical parts, so it is the best alternative for relays in a battery-powered application.
The module supports high-level start, low-level stop, and PWM speed regulation; its compact size of 23mm X 16mm makes it easy to integrate into your project
