SS34 Schottky Power Diode is a surface mount High Power Schottky Rectifier with a Low voltage drop of 0.5V and a high forward current of 3A. This diode has high efficiency and a high surge current capability of 100A. It is commonly used in freewheeling, DC/DC converter and reverse polarity protection applications.
